Tanggung Jawab
- Provide non-voice chat support for telecommunications customers via digital platforms
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver solutions
- Collaborate with team leader and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions
- Contribute to team success by meeting performance metrics and quality standards
- Continuously update knowledge on telecom products and services
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Previous customer service or chat support experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and digital support tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education a plus
