Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare a variety of Chatime beverages according to standard operating procedures and recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment, including the counter and seating areas.
- Ensure the highest quality of products by checking freshness and ingredients daily.
- Manage inventory and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage or retail industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Bali area.
