As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for creating the perfect Chatime experience for every customer who visits our outlet.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and attending to their needs.
- Prepare high-quality tea-based beverages consistently according to brand recipes and standards.
- Efficiently operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
- Actively promote our products and suggest add-ons (upselling) to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory, including stocking ingredients and maintaining product freshness.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high outlet efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in the F&B or retail industry is a strong advantage.
- Possess a genuine passion for customer service and high energy levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, disciplined, and able to work well within a team.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transaction reporting.
- Well-groomed with a professional attitude toward work.
