Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the cheese production process, including milk preparation, pasteurization, and culture inoculation
- Monitor and control temperature and humidity levels during various stages of cheese production
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product meets established standards
- Participate in the packaging and labeling of finished cheese products
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the production area
- Operate and maintain cheese-making equipment according to safety protocols
- Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished products
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize cheese-making processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or food science education is a plus
- Previous experience in food production or dairy processing is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow strict hygiene protocols
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cheese-making techniques
