Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop innovative menus and seasonal dishes that align with brand standards.
- Manage food inventory, waste control, and cost management to maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, including junior chefs and prep cooks.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and plating for all dishes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional culinary experience in a similar role.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
- Certificate in food safety and hygiene (e.g., Food Safety Manager Certification).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Valid Professional Cooking License (if applicable).
