- Develop and execute innovative menus aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
- Lead kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating

Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of professional culinary experience in high-volume kitchens
- Formal culinary education or equivalent professional certification
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record in menu development and cost control
- Creative problem-solving skills under pressure
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid food handling certification
