Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative menus aligned with plantation-inspired culinary concepts
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and presentation
- Coordinate with suppliers to source fresh, high-quality local ingredients
- Manage kitchen workflow during peak service hours
- Collaborate with F&B team to create seasonal promotions and events
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation across all dishes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional culinary experience in hotel or high-volume restaurant settings
- Proven expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Certification in food safety and handling (HACCP/ServSafe preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian ingredients and local culinary traditions
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Creative flair for menu development and presentation
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian and English
