- Prepare and present high-quality seafood and traditional Indonesian dishes
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques

- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with suppliers to source fresh, quality ingredients

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 35 years of age
- Proven experience as a Chef in hospitality establishments
- Expertise in seafood preparation and traditional Indonesian cuisine
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Resilient and dedicated work ethic
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
