Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook Western fast-food dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure food quality, portion sizes, and plating meet company specifications and customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and reporting shortages
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen team members as needed
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role in a fast-food or casual dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and various cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand kitchen environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic food handling and safety certification is advantageous
