Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations for both banquet and à la carte services, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output.
  • Develop and plan menus in collaboration with event coordinators and management, considering client preferences, seasonal ingredients, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and taste to maintain consistency and adhere to established standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to control costs while ensuring availability of fresh ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct regular inspections and staff training.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house team to ensure timely service and address any issues or special requests.
  • Stay abreast of culinary trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings and operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Chef Coordinator in a banquet and/or à la carte setting.
  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and sanitation best practices.
  • Creative flair with a passion for culinary innovation and presentation.
  • Willingness to relocate to Cagayan Valley and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Filipino (preferred).
