  • Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Develop, implement, and innovate seasonal modern Greek menus, specials, and recipes that align with Avli's brand vision.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing culinary team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain strict control over food costs, inventory management, and waste reduction without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
  • Oversee the procurement and quality control of all ingredients, building strong relationships with local suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to enhance guest satisfaction and overall dining experience.
  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality restaurant setting.
  • Demonstrable expertise and passion for modern Greek or Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional culinary technique and creativity in menu development and presentation.
  • Solid understanding of kitchen financial management, including budgeting, costing, and inventory control.
