Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all kitchen operations including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to hygiene standards
- Lead and mentor kitchen team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Develop innovative menus aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
- Manage food costs, minimize waste, and optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with F&B team to ensure seamless service delivery across all outlets
- Implement and maintain HACCP compliance and food safety protocols
- Handle guest feedback and continuously improve dining experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as Chef de Cuisine or Senior Chef role in 4-5 star hotels
- Culinary arts degree/diploma from recognized institution or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop diverse teams
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine, ingredients, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative mindset with ability to innovate while maintaining consistency
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
