Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all kitchen operations including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to hygiene standards
  • Lead and mentor kitchen team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Develop innovative menus aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
  • Manage food costs, minimize waste, and optimize operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with F&B team to ensure seamless service delivery across all outlets
  • Implement and maintain HACCP compliance and food safety protocols
  • Handle guest feedback and continuously improve dining experiences

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as Chef de Cuisine or Senior Chef role in 4-5 star hotels
  • Culinary arts degree/diploma from recognized institution or equivalent certification
  • Proven expertise in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop diverse teams
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine, ingredients, and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Creative mindset with ability to innovate while maintaining consistency
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
