Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure seamless service flow.
  • Develop and curate innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences.
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff, providing training to ensure high performance and safety standards.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
  • Collaborate with the management team on business development and operational strategies.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on dishes to maintain excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable establishment.
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative flair for recipe development and plating.
  • Ability to work well under pressure during peak service hours.
