- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including planning, organizing, and directing all food preparation and presentation activities.
- Develop and refine seasonal menus that align with the resort's brand identity and cater to diverse guest preferences.
- Manage food costs, inventory levels, and stock ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary technique and service.
- Collaborate with the F&B management team to execute special events and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular quality checks on dishes to ensure consistency and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and a passion for SEA Cuisine.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate and hygiene certification.
