Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a dedicated kitchen station (e.g., sauté, grill, pastry) with daily operations
- Execute dishes with consistent quality, presentation, and flavor profiles
- Inventory management and requisition of station-specific ingredients
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with sous chefs and kitchen brigade for seamless service
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on techniques and protocols
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal recipe innovations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Parti or similar station role
- Formal culinary certification or apprenticeship completion
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and regional ingredients
- Mastery of fundamental cooking techniques and knife skills
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
