- Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Manage assigned station efficiently, ensuring timely preparation and service
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and requisition of ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in the F&B industry
- Culinary school certification or equivalent professional training
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
