Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage a dedicated kitchen station (sauces, grill, or pastry) ensuring consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Coordinate with head chef and kitchen team to execute daily menu items efficiently during peak service hours
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, including HACCP compliance and workstation organization
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, requisition supplies, and minimize waste through efficient stock rotation
- Contribute to menu development through recipe testing and seasonal ingredient innovation
- Ensure seamless communication with front-of-house staff for timely order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie in high-volume restaurant or hotel environment
- Professional culinary certification from accredited institution or equivalent practical training
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask during high-pressure service
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in team training and delegation
- Creativity in ingredient sourcing and plating presentation aligned with brand standards
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control principles
