Flour Pot PH is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team in Taguig City. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific station, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. We pride ourselves on our culinary excellence and are looking for a professional who is eager to contribute to our reputation.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef to execute menu items with precision and creativity. You will manage your station efficiently, ensuring that all food is prepared according to our strict recipes and safety guidelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute station-specific duties, such as grill, sauté, pastry, or garde manger, ensuring high-quality food preparation.
- Monitor and maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of daily menus, ensuring timely service.
- Control food costs by minimizing waste and properly utilizing ingredients.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Ensure all cooking equipment is clean, maintained, and in working order.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing dishes.
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
- Proficiency in knife skills and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
