As a Chef de Partie, you will be the backbone of your station, taking full ownership of food preparation, quality control, and creative execution. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional guest experience through precision, consistency, and a love for high-quality ingredients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a sharp eye for detail, and bring a positive, collaborative energy to the brigade.

You will work closely with our Sous Chefs and Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of food safety and culinary excellence. If you are ready to refine your craft, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a menu that celebrates seasonal, fresh flavors, we would love to meet you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring all dishes are prepared to exact specifications and company standards.
  • Oversee daily food preparation and mise-en-place to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
  • Maintain strict control over food waste and inventory management for your section.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menu items and daily specials.
  • Ensure the highest levels of kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation according to NEA standards.
  • Supervise and mentor Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants to foster a culture of professional growth.
  • Monitor ingredient quality and freshness, reporting any stock issues immediately to the Sous Chef.
  • Execute complex cooking techniques consistently and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Senior Commis Chef in a reputable restaurant.
  • Deep understanding of professional cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
  • Proven ability to remain calm, organized, and focused under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Formal culinary qualification (e.g., WSQ Diploma or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required.
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to consistency in food presentation and taste.
  • Knowledge of current food trends and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
