Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in assigned kitchen station
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and wastage control for assigned station
  • Collaborate with sous chef and kitchen team to maintain seamless service flow
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on recipes and techniques
  • Assist in menu development and seasonal dish creation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and equipment

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef de Partie in a high-volume establishment
