Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes following established recipes and quality standards
- Manage assigned kitchen station efficiently during peak service hours
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with sous chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages for timely replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials creation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
- Culinary certification from accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and ingredients
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic inventory management experience
- Valid food handling certification (preferred)
