As a Chef de Partie, you will be a key player in our kitchen operations, taking ownership of your section and ensuring that every dish leaving the pass meets our high standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality output and consistency.
  • Prepare, season, and cook high-quality dishes according to established menus and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu concepts and seasonal specials.
  • Monitor food stock levels and manage inventory, ensuring minimal wastage and proper storage.
  • Ensure all kitchen operations strictly adhere to NEA food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Mentor junior kitchen staff and commis chefs, providing guidance and on-the-job training.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in a professional kitchen environment as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie.
  • Solid understanding of various cooking techniques, food preparation, and plating.
  • Strong command of food safety protocols and hygiene regulations (e.g., Food Hygiene Certification).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a small team.
  • Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level education or equivalent professional culinary certification.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for gastronomy and service excellence.
