Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in assigned station (sauce, grill, pastry, etc.)
  • Execute recipes with precision while maintaining consistency across all menu items
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and quality-checking ingredients
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on techniques and kitchen protocols
  • Collaborate with Head Chef to develop seasonal specials and menu innovations
  • Maintain organized, efficient, and safe workstation conditions

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Culinary arts certification/diploma from accredited institution
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine techniques
  • Expertise in specialized cooking methods (sautéing, grilling, baking)
  • Strong understanding of food cost management and portion control
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
