Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and operate a dedicated kitchen station with precision and efficiency
- Prepare high-quality dishes consistent with brand standards and seasonal menus
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste
- Coordinate with team members during peak service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
- Contribute to menu development and recipe refinement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie in high-volume kitchens
- Strong technical skills in various cooking methods and techniques
- Certification in food safety and sanitation (HACCP/ServSafe)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
- Proven experience with inventory management and cost control
- Strong communication skills and ability to train junior staff
