Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food items are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your designated work area
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials when required
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or 2 years as a Chef de Partie
- Professional culinary certification or equivalent training preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to be placed in any of our store locations
