Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook dishes to consistently high standards in assigned kitchen station
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and waste reduction protocols
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal dish creation
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on techniques and procedures
- Monitor portion sizes and presentation specifications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as Chef De Partie or similar role
- Professional culinary certification or equivalent training
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of cost control and inventory management
- Valid food handling certification
