Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the assigned kitchen station, ensuring high-quality food production and consistency.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, plating standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory levels, assist with ordering, and minimize waste to control food costs.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff and apprentices to improve their culinary skills.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new dishes and refine existing menu offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a reputable hospitality establishment.
- Culinary diploma or certification from a recognized culinary institute is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines, with a focus on menu consistency.
- Excellent knife skills and a deep understanding of food cost control and portioning.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during peak service hours.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude within a team environment.
