Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, cook, and present Chinese and Asian dishes according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Manage and organize your designated kitchen station efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution.
- Monitor stock levels, check ingredient quality, and assist in inventory management.
- Train, guide, and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Minimize food waste and maintain proper portion control.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Strong expertise and deep understanding of Chinese and Asian culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related hospitality field is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
