  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and plating standards

  • Collaborate with sous chefs and culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on techniques and procedures

  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials when required

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie in high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
  • Professional culinary certification or equivalent apprenticeship training
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian and international cuisine techniques
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen safety protocols
  • Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure during peak hours
  • Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking methods
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
