Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and operate a specific kitchen station with precision and efficiency
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff on techniques and standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in the assigned area
- Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal specials
- Optimize workflow during peak service periods
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie in high-volume establishments
- Professional culinary certification or equivalent practical experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
- Excellent understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during service rushes
- Basic inventory management and cost control awareness
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills
