Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily operations of an assigned kitchen station.
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established menus and recipes.
- Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants to ensure station efficiency.
- Maintain strict inventory control, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop seasonal menu offerings.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet restaurant standards before service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
- Strong knowledge of professional culinary techniques and food preparation.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creative presentation and flavor profiles.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
