Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a designated section of the kitchen, including daily preparation and mise-en-place.
- Prepare, season, and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in every plate.
- Supervise and mentor Commis Chefs to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Strictly adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP) at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menu ideas and specials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace during and after service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie looking to step up.
- Relevant culinary degree or formal certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Deep knowledge of food preparation techniques and international culinary trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
