- Oversee assigned kitchen station (e.g., sauces, pastries, grill) ensuring daily operational excellence
- Execute recipes with precision while maintaining portion control and plating standards
- Adhere strictly to HACCP protocols and sanitation procedures
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and waste reduction for assigned section
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on techniques and standards
- Collaborate with sous chef for menu development and seasonal specials
- Ensure seamless communication during peak service periods
Kualifikasi
- Culinary arts certification or equivalent professional training
- Minimum 2 years Chef de Partie experience in hotel/resort setting
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure during service rushes
- Fluent in English with basic Filipino communication skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 25kg)
