Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of your designated kitchen section.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies to prevent shortages.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and daily specials.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure team cohesion.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
- Excellent ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
