Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following established recipes and standards
- Manage specific kitchen stations (sauté, grill, pastry, etc.) with precision
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all menu items
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize workflow during service
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation and ordering
- Train junior kitchen staff on techniques and procedures
- Adapt menus based on seasonal ingredients and guest feedback
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional kitchen experience in a similar role
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of Indonesian and international cuisines
- Proven ability to maintain consistency in quality and presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
