Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of your assigned station in the kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
  • Train, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance.
  • Assist in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.

  • Monitor equipment functionality and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a reputable establishment.
  • Culinary qualification from a recognized culinary institute or relevant apprenticeship.
  • Valid food handling and safety certificates.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
