- Execute dishes with precision according to SACRA UBUD's culinary standards
- Manage assigned kitchen station efficiently during peak service hours
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols in all operations
- Collaborate with team members for seamless kitchen workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply requirements
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials creation
- Maintain organized and sanitized workstation environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional kitchen experience in Chef de Partie role
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and regional cuisines
- Certification from culinary institution preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
