Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily operations of a designated kitchen section (e.g., Saucier, Garde Manger, or Pasta station).
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP/local standards) at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels for your section and assist in ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, apprentices, and commis chefs to improve overall team performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop seasonal menus and specials.
- Maintain equipment in good working order and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a Chef De Partie role.
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, health, and sanitation protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional culinary certification or degree from a reputable hospitality institution is highly preferred.
