- Manage and operate designated kitchen station (Ala Carte/Breakfast) with efficiency and precision
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels, requisition supplies, and control food waste
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and station procedures
- Collaborate with sous chefs and other departments for seamless service execution
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal dish innovation
Kualifikasi
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Minimum 2 years experience in Ala Carte and/or Breakfast kitchen operations
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and equipment operation
