Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations in the All Day-Dining section to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior chefs and commis to ensure food safety and preparation standards are met.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen, strictly adhering to HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef to create seasonal menu specials and optimize ingredient usage.
- Manage stock levels and inventory, ensuring minimal wastage and cost-effective ordering.
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to the hotel's established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure efficient communication between the kitchen and service teams for smooth dining operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume, premium hotel or restaurant environment.
- A recognized culinary diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
- Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen health and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
