Join the prestigious culinary team at PARKROYAL Collection Hotels & Resorts. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to lead our Local Section within our All Day Dining establishment. In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, crafting authentic, high-quality dishes that define our signature guest experience.
As a Chef De Partie, you will demonstrate your creativity and technical expertise by maintaining our high standards of food preparation, consistency, and presentation. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring the seamless operation of your assigned station. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily preparation and execution of dishes within the Local Section of the All Day Dining kitchen.
- Ensure all food items are prepared to exact specifications, maintaining consistent taste, presentation, and quality standards.
- Mentor, train, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen assistants to foster professional development and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and minimize wastage through efficient stock rotation and portion control.
- Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation in compliance with HACCP and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, seasonal specials, and local ingredient sourcing.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders during peak service periods.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of culinary experience, preferably within a 5-star hotel or high-end dining establishment.
- Strong background in local cuisine preparation and deep knowledge of traditional techniques.
- Professional culinary certification or degree from a reputable hospitality institution.
- Proven ability to lead a station and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and kitchen management practices.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and culinary innovation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
