Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of assigned kitchen stations to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Prepare and plate dishes according to established recipes, presentation standards, and portion control guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage through efficient ingredient usage.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menu items and specials.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and kitchen assistants to maintain team productivity.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly to the Head Chef.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of professional cooking techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and shift rotations.
  • Passionate about gastronomy with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced team environment.
