Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of your designated kitchen station, ensuring all dishes meet Wahaha's high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs and commis, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards).
- Assist in menu development and recipe testing, contributing fresh ideas to keep our offerings innovative.
- Manage stock levels for your station, including ordering, receiving, and inventory rotation to minimize waste.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other CDPs to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or CDP role.
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
- Creativity and a genuine passion for culinary arts.
- Valid work authorization for Indonesia.
