As a Chef de Partie, you will be a vital part of the kitchen brigade, responsible for overseeing a specific section and ensuring that every dish served meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all culinary production within your assigned section.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and plate presentations.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory levels to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu engineering and special promotions.
- Strictly adhere to and enforce HACCP standards and local health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Proven expertise in professional culinary techniques and food preparation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for modern plating and culinary trends.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
