Bumi Lembur Kuring, a premium restaurant renowned for its authentic Sundanese cuisine and fresh seafood, is seeking a talented and disciplined Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen brigade in Jakarta Selatan.
As a CDP, you will be the backbone of your assigned station. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that every dish served meets our rigorous standards for quality, presentation, and flavor. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a deep understanding of traditional Indonesian flavors, and is committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage a specific kitchen station to ensure efficient production and service.
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety protocols.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff, including commis chefs and kitchen helpers.
- Monitor food inventory levels, manage food costs, and minimize wastage through proper storage and preparation techniques.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment in the assigned station is maintained and kept in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu engineering and the development of daily specials.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a premium restaurant setting.
- Strong expertise in Indonesian cuisine, particularly Sundanese dishes and seafood preparations.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen workflow management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation and presentation.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is highly preferred.
