Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and operate a specific kitchen station with precision and creativity
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to standards
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in all kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory and stock levels to minimize waste
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menu items
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections during peak service hours
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar culinary role
- Culinary arts certification or equivalent professional training
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Excellent understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
- Basic cost control and inventory management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
