Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the pastry and kitchen section.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard of presentation and taste.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance team performance.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels and minimize waste to control costs.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and special event catering.
- Perform regular cleaning checks and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or Commis Chef in a reputable establishment.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized hospitality institution is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Excellent knife skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
