- Prepare high-quality Western or Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies for your station
- Assist in menu development and recipe testing as needed
- Train junior kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned work area
Kualifikasi
- Professional culinary certification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Western or Japanese cuisine techniques and ingredients
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
