As a pivotal member of our kitchen brigade, you will take full responsibility for your designated station, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. You will work closely with the Head Chef to execute seasonal menus, manage station inventories, and mentor junior kitchen staff. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests in Sanur and beyond. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of your specific station (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry) ensuring high-quality food production.
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, strictly adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu development and food cost control measures.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate junior kitchen staff and commis chefs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage stock levels for your station, minimizing waste and ensuring ingredients are fresh.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or Cook in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent hygiene qualification.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
