Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations for the Delica section, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Prepare a diverse range of menu items including Korean food, Western cuisine, Sushi, and local Nusantara specialties.
- Supervise junior staff and commis chefs to ensure compliance with company SOPs and health/safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient freshness, manage inventory levels, and minimize food waste to optimize costs.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the store management team to develop new menu concepts and seasonal specials.
- Ensure all cooking stations are prepared, stocked, and cleaned efficiently throughout the shift.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or premium supermarket.
- Proven expertise in multi-cuisine preparation (specifically Korean, Western, and Asian/Nusantara).
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation and food safety protocols.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail or food service environment.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in Food Handling or culinary training is highly preferred.
